                     VALUE EDUCATION 

 A capacity building programme on the topic 'Value Education' was organised by the CBSE in MGN Public School KAPURTHALA. 


Resource persons for the workshop were Ms.Anju Mehta, Principal, Swami Sant Das Public School, Phagwara and Ms.Vimmi Sethi, Former PGT English, Springdales Public School. 

The programme began with the lighting of lamp & welcoming the Resource persons by presenting bouquets.


Various activities were performed to understand the features & concept of value education and the importance of value education. 

Resource persons highlighted the challenges before schools these days & the effective teaching methods for value education.Through various modules & value cards, different teaching competencies were discussed and analyzed. Value integration in the lessons taught was also discussed.The workshop was indeed enriching, knowledgeable & engrossing. 
Principal of MGN Public School Ms.Parwinder K Walia thanked the Resource persons for the enriching session and also thanked the teachers present over there for their whole-hearted participation in all the activities.
